Celebrating Black Girls CODE and Black-Owned/Operated Businesses for Black History Month

February 28, 2023

Enhanced Capital proudly announces Black Girls CODE as the firm’s quarterly giving campaign winner! Enhanced Capital will match 100% of its employees' combined contributions. Kimberly Bryant founded Black Girls CODE in 2011 to improve the pipeline of Black girls in tech. The company builds pathways for young women of color to embrace the current tech marketplace as builders and creators by introducing them to computer programming and technology skills.

As an impact investment firm committed to social justice and equality, we recognize the importance of celebrating Black History Month. This month provides an opportunity to reflect on the significant contributions and achievements of Black individuals throughout history and to continue the work of creating a more just and equitable society. During Black History Month and every month, Enhanced Capital strives to advance community development, racial equity, and economic justice by investing in Black-owned businesses. Over the past year, the firm has invested $74M+ in Black-owned/operated businesses.
