For 24 years, Enhanced Capital has brought economic opportunity to disadvantaged and overlooked communities. Our investments have made a profound impact, transforming and supporting communities, local economies, and businesses across America.
We are currently seeking in-person interns to join our Small Business Lending, Climate Finance, and Impact Real Estate teams for the summer session of 2025. Preferred candidates are 2026 graduates who can work in the following locations:
- Small Business Lending: Cincinnati, OH or New York, NY
- Climate Finance: St. Louis, MO (preferred) or New York, NY
- Impact Real Estate: New Orleans, LA (preferred) or New York, NY
As an intern at Enhanced Capital, you will gain hands-on experience and contribute directly to impactful projects. A typical day may include:
- Assisting with the day-to-day functions of your assigned team
- Managing deal pipelines and participating in due diligence
- Analyzing current and potential projects using quantitative and qualitative methods
- Conducting market research and preparing reports
- Performing impact analysis
We are looking for motivated candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to learn. By the end of the internship, you will have gained valuable insight and experience in various aspects of our business.
Interns will receive a monthly stipend, which will vary based on geographic location.
