The panel will discuss key aspects of construction risk management throughout the lending process. It will include insights on initial/pre-closing review criteria and post-closing monitoring, such as important closing/underwriting perspectives, mitigating risk, contractor evaluation, financing, and progress monitoring.

Since 2013, the goal of CLRM has been to be an industry group for construction investors and lenders to facilitate networking, the sharing of ideas, concerns, and best practices.
