Enhanced Capital’s Richard Montgomery, Managing Partner, will be speaking at the Alternative Capital and Economic Development Roundtable on Tuesday, August 13, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. CST in Austin, TX.  This event, hosted by Enhanced Capital in collaboration with Prestamos CDFI, Central States Development Partners, Texas Certified Development Company, PeopleFund, and the Texas PACE Authority for Economic Development, will be available both on-site and virtually.

The roundtable will cover a range of programs, including New Markets Tax Credits, PACE Financing, the Capital Magnet Fund, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, and Small Business Lending Resources, and how these can be leveraged to aid recovery, resilience, and growth in underserved communities in Texas. Participants will also have the opportunity to engage with the speakers to share insights and discuss their communities' needs.
