Enhanced Capital is pleased to share that Warren Mill has received CoStar’s Impact Award for Redevelopment of the Year in Augusta/Richmond County.

Enhanced Capital partnered with Piedmont Private Equity and Camden Management Partners to support the preservation and revitalization of this historic mill in Warrenville, SC, through South Carolina Historic Tax Credit financing. The project brings 205 new loft apartments and renewed purpose to a property that had been vacant for more than 40 years.
