Enhanced Capital’s Dusty Dickerson speaks at Novogradac’s 2020 Historic Tax Credit Virtual Conference Thursday, September 24th from 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm ET. Dusty will provide his expertise on a panel discussing strategies for accessing investor capital. This panel will share how to attract investor capital for your historic property, what information convinces an investor to move forward, key underwriting topics, and discussion around pricing and industry issues.

Dusty is a Director for Enhanced Capital’s Tax Credit Finance group. He leads the underwriting and transaction execution team for federal and state tax credit investments, bridge loans, and syndications. Prior to joining Enhanced Capital in June 2016, Dusty was Manager of Project Finance for HRI Properties, where he specialized in combining various state and federal incentive programs with traditional debt and equity capital to maximize both economic and public policy objectives.

Dusty holds a Master of Finance degree from Tulane University as well as a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Mississippi.
