In 2020, Enhanced Capital participated in the Bottleworks District redevelopment project to transform the iconic Coca-Cola Bottling Plant into a 12-acre urban mixed-use development in downtown Indianapolis. Bottleworks will serve as a culinary, arts, and entertainment hub, featuring the city’s first food hall, a boutique hotel, unique residential options, as well as 180,000 square-feet of flexible office space and 175,000 square-feet of prime retail space. The development aims to build a legacy, showcase local talent, and create authentic experiences that fill the city with pride while also generating economic activity and job opportunities. The first of four phases was completed in January 2021.
