In 2020, Enhanced Capital financed several solar projects developed by Solar Landscape, a family-owned business that has completed over 100 solar projects. The portfolio consists of three community roof-top solar systems with 8.6 megawatts of renewable energy generating capacity. In the first year of operation, the projects are expected to produce over 9.9 million kilowatt-hours of zero-emissions electricity for the community. The projects are also located in designated Qualified Opportunity Zones in New Jersey.
