Enhanced Capital is Looking for a Full-Time Corporate Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate to join our team of impact investing professionals.   

Position Summary: As Corporate Development Associate, you will directly support the CEO and Senior Management team and work on corporate development projects. Responsibilities will include managing strategic projects, performing financial analysis, and assisting with quarterly and annual business planning. This role will also be responsible for producing reports and presentations based on analysis and presenting those findings to stakeholders.

Qualified applicants must be able to execute fundamental strategic analysis, apply sound business judgement, communicate with senior management, and manage complex projects. We are looking for a passionate team member who believes in our triple bottom line Impact Investing thesis and is similarly motivated by generating impact in addition to financial returns.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus minimum two years of relevant work experience with project finance transactions required
  • Ability to concisely articulate complex information to senior management and stakeholders
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to excel in a team environment and collaborate with others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to develop and review financial models
  • Must be proactive and demonstrate interest in taking on additional responsibilities as needed
  • High level of proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
