We are seeking a highly motivated associate to join our renewable energy and new markets tax credit finance team.

Job Requirements: The successful candidate will concentrate on screening potential investments, structuring and negotiating transactions, analyzing and producing financial models and projections, and providing due diligence support. Knowledge of government incentive programs and an aptitude for producing and analyzing financial projections strongly preferred.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree plus minimum three years of experience with financial transactions, preferably with respect to tax credits and incentives.
