In 2020, Enhanced Capital participated in the Bottleworks District redevelopment project to transform the iconic Coca-Cola Bottling Plant into a 12-acre urban mixed-use development in downtown Indianapolis. Bottleworks will serve as a culinary, arts, and entertainment hub, featuring the city's first food hall, a boutique hotel, unique residential options, as well as 180,000 square-feet of flexible office space and 175,000 square-feet of prime retail space. The development aims to build a legacy, showcase local talent, and create authentic experiences that fill the city with pride while also generating economic activity and job opportunities. The first of four phases was completed in January 2021.

In 2020, Enhanced Capital participated in the financing of the Copley Hospital campus redevelopment project in Aurora, IL. The campus, featuring energy efficient upgrades, will provide senior housing, an apartment community for adults with developmental disabilities, office space for healthcare providers and other medical services, community resources, and administrative offices for the local School District. Nearly 500 construction jobs and over 220 direct full-time jobs will be created from the project.

In 2020, Enhanced Capital proudly collaborated with Alembic Community Development and Leona Tate Foundation for Change (LTFC) to support the McDonogh 19 Elementary School's redevelopment into the Tate, Etienne & Prevost (TEP) Center, named after the three young African-American girls who were part of the schools' historic integration in 1960. The TEP Center, located in New Orleans' Lower Ninth Ward, will have 25 affordable apartments for seniors, the People's Institute for Survival and Beyond with anti-racism curriculum, and the TEP Interpretive Center and museum operated by LTFC.

Enhanced Capital helped transform a long-vacant building in Philadelphia, previously known as the Thaddeus School, into an expansive residential complex with modern amenities. Now known as the Mural Arts Lofts, the renovated building also contributes to a vibrant downtown community, serving as the cornerstone for Mural Arts, the largest public art program in the country.
