On Tuesday, June 29, Enhanced Capital’s panelists Michael Korengold, Dusty Dickerson, Ian McCulley, and moderator Peter Neumeier discussed deploying capital with environmental, social, and community considerations at France Media’s Impact Investing: ESG/C-PACE/Brownfield Remediation webinar. This webinar will explain how to add C-PACE financing to projects and how to quantify and measure the impact of various ESG elements inherently involved in responsible investing.

Panelists:

Michael Korengold is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Enhanced Capital. Based in New York, NY, he serves on the firm’s investment committees and Board of Directors. Michael attended Vassar College and is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, where he graduated order of the coif (highest honors) and served as an editor of the Law Review.

Dusty Dickerson is a Managing Director for Enhanced Capital and manages all underwriting and deal execution for the firm’s Impact Credit and Equity strategies involving real estate. In addition, he is responsible for the firm’s secondary investment syndications. Dusty holds a Master of Finance degree from Tulane University as well as a B.B.A. degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Mississippi.

Ian McCulley is a Director responsible for Enhanced Capital’s Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) business. Ian attended the University of Colorado and is currently based in Denver, CO.

Moderator: Peter Neumeier is Vice President of Business Development for Enhanced Capital Group, LLC. Peter holds a B.A. in History from Boston College, an M.B.A. in Finance from the Carlson School of Management, and a Certificate in Political Philosophy from Christ Church, Oxford. Peter is currently based in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.
