We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst / Senior Analyst to join our team of impact investing professionals.
Position Summary: As a Corporate Development Analyst, you will interface directly with Enhanced Capital’s senior management team to lead Company growth initiatives. You will be responsible for producing corporate-level financial models, generating relevant capital raise marketing materials, analyzing portfolio performance and impact metrics. You will also be required to produce reports, presentations, and financial summaries for Enhanced’s investment partners.
Qualified applicants must be able to execute fundamental strategic analysis (primarily in excel), apply sound business judgment, interact as peers with senior management, and manage complex projects. Applicants should demonstrate excitement toward impact investing and an entrepreneurial mindset. We are looking for a passionate, self-starter who believes in our triple bottom-line impact investing thesis.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree plus minimum of one to three years of relevant work experience in corporate development / strategy, private equity / credit, consulting, or investment banking
- Self-starter who possesses strong quantitative skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, large-scale data analysis, comfortable with generating financial models
- Familiarity with corporate transactions and strategic growth initiatives
- Excellent organization, communication, and research skills with the ability to present complex topics in a concise manner to internal and external parties
- Strategic and analytical thinking with an emphasis on risk assessment
- Ability to analyze problems quickly, develop solutions and proposals and clearly communicate recommended strategies
- Strong ability to juggle priorities, multi-task and take ownership of projects is essential
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues of all levels
- Previous experience in ESG/Impact is not required.
The salary range for this role is from $90,000 to $110,000 plus annual discretionary bonus. Compensation for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including location, candidate experience, education, and skillset.
