Enhanced Capital Director Ian McCulley spoke at iGlobal Forum’s Global Leaders in Real Estate Summit on a panel called “Utilizing C-PACE Financing for Carbon Emissions Reduction” on Tuesday, October 10th, at 2:00 pm ET in New York, NY.

Ian discussed the Commercial Property-Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) program topics including how to navigate rising interest rates and scarce debt funding, how to qualify for funding, how C-PACE funding fits into the capital stack, and benefits and potential drawbacks.

"The panel was a great opportunity to discuss C-PACE and its availability for projects in New York," said Director Ian McCulley.

The C-PACE program offers fixed-rate, long-term financing for projects in commercial buildings that improve water and energy use.
