In September 2016, Enhanced Capital financed a solar project developed by PosiGen CT, LLC. PosiGen provides sustainable upgrades and affordable solar and energy efficiency solutions to homeowners in mostly low and moderate-income neighborhoods in Louisiana, Connecticut, and New York.  Customizable budgets allow PosiGen to offer various solar purchasing and leasing options to help homes achieve maximum efficiency while lowering energy bills.  PosiGen provides jobs to these communities while lowering energy costs which leaves customers with more money available to recirculate into the economy, supporting growth on a local level.
